We love books! Bluebird Books is a 501.c3 nonprofit focused on bringing books to the San Diego community. We provide books for teachers, a local free library, and operate a local bookstore and community space in Ocean Beach. Come say hi!
Amanda Klein
Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a lifelong book lover, theatre artist, arts administrator, and mom of three. I’ve spent my career creating spaces where stories bring people together, from classrooms and stages to community organizations. I’m the founder of Bluebird Play and Bluebird Books in Ocean Beach, where I get to combine my love of books, storytelling, and community every day.
